Oregon State offensive line coach Mike Cavanaugh has a great track record of getting guys into the league and he's very particular about who he offers a scholarship. One player who passed the Cav test is Guthrie (Okla.) Guthrie tackle Blake Belcher who picked up an offer from the Beavers late last week.

While Belcher has been receiving a lot of interest, most coaches are waiting until the spring to see him run. He broke a bone in his foot playing basketball, but he claims he is back to form.
