Bulldogs sign four-star Brown
Sometimes things can get difficult when you are the top remaining uncommitted prospect in a state.
But the pressure is now off for Long Beach, Miss., four-star linebacker Richie Brown, who committed and signed a letter of intent to play at Mississippi State.
In fact, the Bulldogs were the first of many to offer the 6-foot-2, 223-pounder.
"State has always been there," Brown said. "It's a great school. I've been there a good bit. I've been to Mississippi State the most. I know they're definitely sincere and that they believe in me."
Brown also received offers from Ole Miss, Southern Miss, Tennessee, Arkansas State, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana Tech, LSU, Memphis, Minnesota, Purdue, Stanford, Central Florida and Wake Forest.
