4-star RB Williams names new leader

Allen (Texas) 4-star running back Jonathan Williams has de-committed from Missouri and now names Arkansas as his new leader.

Williams, 6-0, 208, 4.37, visited Fayetteville (Ark.) for the Razorbacks' 38-14 win over Auburn on October 8 and came away unsure of how he felt about his pledge to the Tigers. He said he let Missouri know earlier this week that he would be re-opening his recruitment.

"I decommitted from Missouri two days ago," Williams said in a text Wednesday morning. "Arkansas is the leader…not sure when I'm gonna make an official decision."

The senior is considered the No. 13 running back in the nation in 2012 by, and has helped lead Allen to a perfect 10-0 regular season. Allen hosts Keller Central (Texas) tomorrow night.

Arkansas already has one running back commitment for the class of 2012 in Donovan Roberts of Norman (Okla.), but would like to add one more at the position.
