CAUSE: All proceeds go to the Park Stevens Memorial Scholarship Fund
DATE: Oct. 25, 2013 (Day before Idaho game and homecoming)
TIME: Shotgun start at 8 a.m.
PLACE: Ole Miss Golf Course

ENTRY FEE: $100 (includes: green fees, cart)
Payment due Oct. 9, 2013.
Make check payable to UM Foundation with "Park Stevens" in memo line.

Format: Tournament will be played in scramble format with 4-person teams. If you do not enter a team list, you will be placed with others
Procedure: 18-hole tournament with prizes for the top three teams as well as closest to pin and long drive competitions
Handicap: Please submit your approx. handicap if signing up as individual (to ensure teams are evenly matched)
Extra items: Mulligans and red tees will be available for purchase on morning of event
Lunch: There will be a lunch event at Buffalo Wild Wings following the tournament with appetizers provided. A portion of any additional purchases will be donated to the fund
Each participant will receive a free T-shirt.
