LIVE: Wheeler at Grayson

Reigning state champion Grayson plays host to Wheeler in the 1st round of the GHSA playoffs. Wheeler (6-4) clinched their first playoff appearance since 2006 when they beat Cherokee 21-20 last week. The Wildcats' reward for making the postseason is a matchup with Rivals' #5 team in the country.

After suffering an upset loss early in the season, Grayson (9-1) has bounced back and is now firing on all cylinders. The talented Rams have won seven straight games including four shutouts to clinch the #1 seed in Region 8 6A.

Grayson features Division I talent all over the field headlined by the the nation's top recruit in DE/RB Robert Nkemdiche (Rivals' #1 player in the country), who has been terrorizing opponents on both sides of the ball. After recently decommiting from Clemson, Nkemdiche ran for 61 yards and a touchdown to go along with his two sacks and two QB hurries in last week's 42-13 defeat of Brookwood.
